...McCain won 21 states and Obama 29 plus DC...of the 21 Red states, only 5 have double-digit Electoral Votes. Texas has 34, Georgia 15, Tennessee and Missouri each have 11, Arizona 10.

Yes, which is why that fucking idiot Brokaw could talk about Republicans dominating land area again this year on a County level.
If no one wants to live there, you can bet a Republican will be stupid enough to think it's a good deal.
